B Diving & Watersports is a PADI dive centre and resort at Cas Abao Beach in Curaçao, providing customers with concerning. Through our website, we offer all kinds of services in the field of diving and water sports. In doing so, we process privacy-sensitive information, also known as personal data. In some cases, we cooperate with other organisations or companies.

Passing on to third parties


We pass on the data you provide to third parties, if this is necessary for the delivery of the products you have ordered or services you have requested. For example, we use a third party to process payments in our webshop and we pass your details on to the postal delivery company to deliver the order to you.

To prevent abuse we ask you, when submitting a written request for inspection, to identify yourself adequately by sending a copy of a valid identification document. Do not forget to mask your BSN and passport photo on the copy. You can use the 'Kopie-ID' app for this, for example.


Personal Data Authority


Of course we are happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Should you still not work things out with us, you also have the right under privacy legislation to lodge a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Dutch Data Authority.
